My neighbor's yard looks like that. Adds to the challenge.

Re: 2017: What did you do on your lawn today?
I put down my first round of 24-0-11. I was wondering what would be the effect if started the water-in with an application of WBG? Anyone think I would damage the grass? I already did a treatment about 2-3 weeks ago. Would another treatment be too soon?

Sighted in my 22lr in preparation to dispatch an armadillo that's trying to make a moonscape out of my lawn....

Put down some fertilizer and let mother nature water it in for me.

I "mowed". It was really just cleaning up the leftovers from the scalp. My grass is starting to come in nicely though. I also dropped a bag of Milorganite Oooh, that smell.

I picked up the grass clippings that were washed into piles by a recent storm. The grass is starting to come in nicely though. Here's hoping for a good season!

Got a bag of Milorganite from the BX. They had it discounted 25% due to it being open. Not sure how much may have been lost; it didn't feel like much. I figured what the heck, for 25% off, why not? Spread it on the front last evening.

Mowed. Weedeater. Edged. Pulled weeds. Fertilized. Tree food.
Yard has been taking longer to completely green up than I thought it would.

Cleaned up all the sticks and crap on the lawn, raked the crap out of the beds, layed down 50lbs of Dimension .25 Golf Course Grade on my 15,000 SQFT +/- of Zoysia and then went and had my right rotator cuff repaired. Not sure how much maintenance I can do this year.

Mowed at 3/4", fertilized with 13-13-13 and Milorganite, sprayed T-Pac growth regulator for the first time , and finally sprayed some BLSC. Ran the sprinklers early this morning... loving that milo smell. Everyone on this site has really gotten me excited to see the results of the growth regulator!

Mowed at the lowest height for my McLane. Not looking great, lots of brown still. Hoping the Bermuda will take off in the next week or two.
