Anyone know where to purchase seashore paspalum seed. I live in Kauai, so online is OK, but can't seem to a small bag for a 1000 sqft yard.
Thanks,
Martino

Sorry, I can't help, but Kauai is one of my absolute favorite places. Eat a Bubba Burger for me.

I'm jealous of your scenery/climate... and your chickens. :good:

I think it might be sold out worldwide or committed to international courses.

http://www.hancockseed.com is showing to have it in stock. They have free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, but not to Hawaii.

Their stock is revolving, and sells out quick. I placed an order with them about a month ago, it was out of stock then. Just got a call yesterday saying that their shipment came in and they'll be shipping mine out ASAP. I'd say if you want shipping to Hawaii call and ask for Donna since she's helped me out with a lot, but the lady on the phone yesterday said Donna is out sick with the flu :(

As you can see it got ugly quick. Turf was treated with Daconil and Subdue Maxx and happy to report today they worked wonderfully

Free Liquid

Finally got some help from the weather and got some rain. I would expect the grass to be firing back on all cylinders by this weekend. Pumped up

Red,

Not the weekend yet, but this was the last time I was going to mow before Saturday

Almost there. Need some sunshine now to go with the rain.

Thanks Red. Not as impressive as your Bermuda yet, but I'm happy with where it's at considering I am two weeks removed from aeration and verticutting.

Ordering some Roots 1-2-3 as a maintenance spray for Fe. This stuff came highly recommended from several folks(not retail people)

That roots 1-2-3 product is interesting. Looks like a mix of iron, serenade, phosphites? That is more of a question), and a little urea and manganese plus some other stuff. Doing a lot of those seperate. Let us know how it works. Great turf keep up the photos. :)

Unless this stuff is almost free, it may be a pricey product to try. 12oz/K initial app and 6oz/K every two weeks. Can you tell us what you are spending on it and maybe provide a source??? :D

$200 for 5 gallons(640 oz), small investment, but it's a higher end product.

106,000 sq ft at 6 oz per app or $1.88/1000 sq ft. I have ~4000 sq ft so monthly will run me $15, if I stuck to the biweekly schedule it should last me a couple seasons.

Not sure is that is economical to you or not.
