Interesting, I completely overlooked that. Maybe the increased effectiveness I noticed using a surfactant was caused by another factor (water/fert/temps?). I will defiantly take that into consideration for my next application.
My first 2 apps of Primo this year was without surfactant. The latest app I added ISO and have noticed less vertical growth.

I just bought a non ionic surfactant for tenacity. Do you have to use a MSO surfactant with quinclorac, or can I get away with what I have?

Manufacturer still recommends MSO, although there have apparently been some head-to-head tests that indicate NIS is fine. Don't believe anything from individuals on the site - none of them have done head-to-head, so "it worked OK for me" is meaningless.

ok, thanks. I'll try it with the NIS first to see if its effective.
