Height of Bermuda for Winter

What height should my bermuda be going into winter months? It's about 1" now. Should it be lower?

You should usually let it get a little longer before going into dormancy to help with root depth and ultimately survival through winter.

The lower you have it going into Winter the less you will have to remove come Spring time when you scalp. I wouldn't be too concerned about the height of the grass as most golf courses will keep there fairways at well under 1" through the winter and they seem to do just fine, year in and year out.
