The top pic looks like a invasion of another grass type. Looks like a fescue from the pic you posted. The second pic, does it bloom a flower in the spring or summer?

If she wants to kill them, now, while the bermuda is dormant, is the time to spray something like Round Up.

The second photo isn't very clear, but I'd look up Chamberbitter/Mimosa Weed and try to compare it to the real thing. I don't know if NW Louisiana is too far north for Chamberbitter or not. If it is Chamberbitter, you have a real SOB to fight. I believe that Celsius is labeled for Chamberbitter, but if you don't already have Celsius, be aware that it ain't your typically-priced herbicide...
PS: since you asked us to name the weeds, I'm leaning toward "Ed" and "Mary" at the moment.

The second pic might be winter vetch or hairy vetch. If it grows a purple flower you can pretty much guarantee it. First pic looks like rye or fescue. Might have to hit it with roundup but only if the Bermuda is absolutely dormant. Be careful doing that.

Not real sure on if it flowers or not. I will ask my daughter and see if they noticed last year.
We are in the middle of a warm spell right now, once it turns of colder for a bit, I will spray with some glyphosate.
I will look for more pics of the plants mentioned for the second pic. I may also try to get better pics!
