Identify this grass/weed

Have this growing in localized spots. Not sure what it is - Poa Trivialis maybe? Thoughts on identity and killing of such?

I'm not sure what it is, but it's not poa trivialis. I have a hunch, but it's all second-hand, so it'd be better to wait for some first-hand identification of it...

(However, I have plenty of firsthand experience with poa trivialis, so I know what you have isn't that...)

Thanks, that's a start! It's pretty much contained to a fairly shady/damp area of the yard so if I have to throw some round-up at it I can. Downside would be taking out a chunk of my Bermuda with it.....

That looks very similar to a fescue that I have been attempting to deal with in my bermuda.

Tried to identify as fescue but struggled a bit. I'm thinking I'll wait until this winter and RU it when the Bermuda is dormant. It's spreading but not "exploding" into the yard.....
