A lot of that looks like crabgrass seedlings, to me. Riviera seedlings will come up with a very fine texture. They will also usually take 2-3 wks to come up. In the old days, we would just let the crab come up, hold off on treatment until the Riviera would start to come up, then hit is with 0.5# ai/A of MSMA every 2 wks for 3 or 4 apps. I really haven't done much of that work in the days since turf uses have been removed from the MSMA label. I'll have to look at that and get back to you.
The good news is that this isn't the end of the world. Bermudagrass is tough stuff and will make through this.

100% weeds. This is the main reason why seeding grass in the south is so difficult, because when it's finally hot enough for the seed to grow, you're usually going to have an explosion of crabgrass and other weeds as well.
