Need help identifying grass

Post by mikeharding » September 13th, 2017, 6:18 pm

Hello all,
Can anyone please help me identify if this is Bermuda or Zoysia grass, or something else completely? It is growing in my tall fescue lawn. Thanks!

Looks like Bermudagrass to me. Zoysia is really not invasive.

Yes, I vote bermudagrass as well. Those long stolons are always a giveaway. As far as controlling it goes, I'm not really sure if you've got many options. Bermudagrass can be pretty resilient, to say the least.

Howdy basokc, good to see a few local members here. You grow any fescue or KBG here?
