Post emergent timing

Anyone live in the austin/san antonio area drop some post emergent knowledge and when it will be good timing for it?

Spot spray with a liquid herbicide in mid April and again in mid Sept. Those are both fairly arbitrary dates, but they give a general timing. Saturday should be clear and free from rain, so that would be a good day to do it if you have not already.

Dry herbicide is not a good idea. Most of your lawn should not have weeds, so you'd be wasting it.

well crap I might be a little late on the pre emergent stuff then...Ok well what do i do about this issue? I thought i was weed free this year minus a little sedge that i have popping up here or there. But it looks like I have pennyworts? growing from my damn neighbors yard into mine now. How do i get rid of these?
