Bermuda variety suggestions?

Hello all,
I am about to seed a new lawn at my new construction. I have looked around on the internet and at some local shops at the various "improved" common Bermuda seeds. I have been leaning toward sahara (cheaper and I have a large area) but have also considered, triangle Bermuda, blackjack, and maya.
Here are my specifics.
Area to cover 70,000 sq ft.
Area is irrigated
I have spreaders and sprayers for future upkeep.
I don't want a golf course....just something that looks better and tolerates traffic better than centipede.
I'm located in middle GA.
I live in a field....so the risk of other types of seeds finding there way into my lawn occasionally is likely.
I will mow with a rotary mower...hopefully every 6 to 7 days and probably at 1.5 inches to 2 inches.
I would love to hear any reccomendation as to what type of bermuda I should go with or any other useful info on grass selection.
