Scalp before freezing temps?

Post by ryanlaschober » March 2nd, 2019, 9:51 am

Live in Waco, to- grass is greening up somewhat and would love to scalp today (works perfect with my schedule) but we are then going to have lows in the 20’s tomorrow and then highs in the 70s by the end of the week. So question is- is it bad to scalp today when the temp will be down to the 20s tomorrow?

Have you read over the Bestlawn Bermuda Guide in the Articles area?

that was helpful thanks andy...had been a couple of years since reading. My grass is just already 50% green and had had weather in 60's recently so wasn't sure. I'll wait a little while longer. Thanks
