I think I’m in trouble because I carelessly used my Lesco Three-Way selective herbicide when I thought I was using liquid iron... I applied it at about 20 pints per acre... it’s been about 4 days and when I saw the grass beginning to yellow I realized what I had done.

1) How bad Is the situation here?
2) How should I rescue the grass now?

You need to provide more info -- what was the active ingredient of the herbicide, what was the correct application rate, and how much over the correct application rate were you?

Use Rate is 1.1 to 1.5 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft
I used 16 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft

The active ingredients are:
- Dimethylamine Salt of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid*. . . . .30.56%
- Dimethylamine Salt of (+)-R-2-(2-Methyl-4-Chlorophenoxy) propionic Acid**‡. . . . . 8.17%
- Dimethylamine Salt of Dicamba (3,6-Dichloro-o-anisic Acid)*** . . . . 2.77%

It also cautions against broadcast applications when air temps exceed 90 degrees. Daytime temps in Phoenix have been between 100-105 over the past few days here but it was probably night time and 95 degrees at the time I applied it.

I guess late enough it was too dark to read the label on the bottle. *Facepalm*

Oh boy. A 11x to 15x dose of a 3-way isn't good. However, you knew that already.

The good news is that Bermuda will survive the onslaught better than any of the weeds will!

Too bad I really didn’t even have any weeds! So you think the Bermuda will still survive?

I have now set my sprinkler system up to water for 25 mins four times a day to see if I can flush it out. Any risk over overwatering and further damaging the grass? How long do you think I should do this?

Also, think I should stop cutting the grass for a couple weeks or continue cutting like normal?

The bermuda will still survive.
Watering like that will cause the grass to become brown, so back off as soon as practical. Then return to deep and infrequent watering.
You can stop mowing or not. It will survive.
