Help with identifying this weed

This keeps showing up in my new Bermuda lawn. Can anyone tell me what it is and how to treat. My lawn isn’t in great shape yet... it’s a new home and I’m trying to make my lawn the way I’ve always wanted .

Grass Type: Western, Streambank, Crested wheatgrass in front (with blue grama added in the heckstrips), sheep fescue in back; strawberry clovetr in both

I'm not great at weed id, but that looks like spotted spurge to me.

If so, it's easy to pull up by the roots and its also readily killed by most broadleaf herbicides.
