Grass apocalypse- what in the world is going on

Is this a fungus situation? I live in Houston, and tropical storm or hurricane or whatever it was beta dumped a ton of rain on us. Ground was soggy for days. My lawn is like 85% St Augustine and 15% Bermuda that’s still barely hanging on. What is causing this?

I've never seen that.
What is your normal watering schedule? How often and for how long do you water?
Have you used any herbicide, insecticide, or fungicide on the lawn recently?
How high/low do you mow?
Have you ever used an organic fertilizer?
