Well, I guess I'll go first... I put down a full app of Hydretain.
I've lived in San Antonio for 10 years but this is my first year being interested in my lawn and garden. Now that I am, I can confidently say, "It just doesn't rain here." After this initial full app, I'll do a split app every 6 weeks. I expect I'll really notice the difference in August when we're in full drought mode with watering restrictions and whatnot.

I scalped my Bermuda today. Seeing lots of green in many areas. Some areas (shady spots) seem to be a bit behind. (Recovering from Texas freeze).

We had a little rain last week and spots in my St. Augustine have gone chlorotic thanks to my high pH. I spread some Texas Greensand at 10lbs./1k.

Scalped my zoysia today for the first time! Moved to a new house last August, so I continued to maintain the law with my Honda rotary mower. However, this year I am aiming to achieve what I had done at my old residence, so I took it down to 1 1/4" inch with the Honda, and then 1/4" with the Baroness. Quite the task, but looks good
