Simplicity's free floating deck has a defacto striper built in, and its before the rear wheels. But those are tractors...not sure if that is what you are talking about.

That kit is from Harrison specialties. Although they make them for mostly commercial units, if you are handy enough you can get one of their universal kits and install it.

Push mower?

Toro has a roller for the commercial ztr mowers and a piece of angle iron with a thick rubber flap for the non commercial.

Yes those are what I mean. Push/walk behind mower. Honda Toro masport, those are good examples.. are any of those available in the US?

Freaking love that Toro but I wonder if it will cut high enough for me.

I have always been intrigued by the Eastman mower. Looks to be reasonably priced also.

Thats really nice, 3 inch height of cut would suffice I suppose.
They are all so expensive though sheesh..

I gave up on the idea.. so hard to find a good one in the US.
Seems really nice for mowing around garden beds since there wont be a rear wheel to go into the ground

In the Uk and EU Honda releases what is basically a gxv190 mower with a rear roller instead of 2 rear wheels.
The honda's are already between 600-900 bucks and I can't imagine it would cost that much more to produce one with a roller..

I'd buy one right freaking know if they'd release it in the US.
Just needs to be equipped for mowing heights over 3 inches.

I've been using the Masport Rotarola the past couple years. They make one US model and multiple Eoupe models. They have dealers in the US. I paid $900 with the B&S Professional 8.50 motor. Haven't had any problems with it, starts one pull, and it stripes great.
