One of the benefits of my job

Found this yesterday morning, haven't paid for a piece of lawn equipment yet, usually stuff needs a spark plug or a carb rebuild, this one started right up!

Is that where you found it? In a parking lot beside someone's car? :D

"It was on this trailer of heavily used equipment that I'm sure they were taking to the dump. I see these trailers all the time and sometimes the equipment looks fairly new!"

Sorry, couldn't resist.

There was some guy waving frantically at me as I drove away, I just waved back at him, what an enthusiastic nice guy he seemed to be!

It was either they upgraded to a newer model, or stopped maintaining their own property.....it's a throw away world.

Got a $300 brand new Echo weedwacker as well a couple years back from a 600,000 McMansion development. They never put oil in the gas and the engine was seized. Took it apart and took some fine sandpaper to it and it runs fine now.
