If I'm spot spraying (not blanket spraying 1k sq ft, or some other large area), is it ok to use a 1 gallon sprayer rather than 2? If so, should I put in half the amount of Certainty so that it's not twice as strong (since I'm diluting with half the water)?
I can't quite wrap my ahead around the ratios/way this all works (when adjusting spraying sizes).
Thank you.

Re: 2 gallon sprayer for Certainty
Yep. Divide the amount of Certainty added by 2, and water by 2, and surfactant by 2.
Likewise, if you use a half-gallon sprayer, divide by 4. And so on.
