Yessir. Do you know how to deal with it? It's a two-year program to truly eliminate it (and not cheap).

Acclaim Extra (Fenoxaprop) as a post-emergent (not cheap - $80) and make absolutely sure that Pre-M is effective Mid-May to Mid-June. Stay on it for two years - it is quite aggressive. If your property abuts a woods, it will keep coming at you - consider using RU to push it back at least 8' into the woods.

Do the birds spread this stuff? I noticed more and more as of late.

It is aggressive and very little controls it. The entire floor of the woods near me is this stuff. It was used as packing material early last century and has steadily marched north. I've seen it up in Massachusetts.

A neighbor cleared a fallen few trees and it is loaded with the stuff. I think that is putting a lot of weed pressure for sure.

Since I only have to spot treat, some Bayer RTS Fenoxaprop might be a good way to go. (.41% 32 oz bottle-5000 sf)

How much concentrate is that per gallon?

My local Big Box store is carrying the Bayer Fenoxaprop which they call Crabgrass Control. It looks like the same as they market for Bermuda Grass control. Same hook to the hose bottle and concentration .41%.

I have not had to deal with JS but I did hear this segment about a year ago on "You Bet Your Garden" on the local public radio:

I'll vouch for Andy's approach. It took me a couple of years but Acclaim Extra and Dithiopyr did the trick. Having said that, there is a wooded area beyond my yard and neighbors property where it still exists so I'll just always have to keep an eye out for it.
