Not amazing, but it's the best this NoMix lawn has looked since I started working on it almost 2 years ago. Lost some small concentrated patches due to drought stress and the help of some maple tree roots, but things have bounced back nicely.

Thanks! It looks like a Northern Mix... Since I bought it 6 years ago, I've overseeded it Scott's and Rebels. I hoping to reno it and do all bewitched like yours.
