Let's see your aquariums

Post by darkcrisis » July 1st, 2019, 10:00 pm

In light of Andy's recent aquarium tragedy, I've seen a few people mention their aquariums. I want to see what they all look like!

I have a 40 breeder with T5HO lighting and CO2. I'm not pumping high light or high levels of CO2, just enough to make it look decent but still low maintenance. I also have a 10 gallon that I use to breed red cherry shrimp to keep the stock up in the main tank.

Love those Neon Tetras and how they show up against the healthy-looking plants in the background!

Where is that one from? And did you have only plants in it, or fish, etc., too?

The Tropica site - there must be 100+ ideas. Lots of work to figure out the plants you'll need, and following "Dutch" design rules, but worth the trouble.

Nice tank! I love cardinals.

I broke mine down this summer, after ten years of the hobby, only because I have too many of them...

Mine was a 46 gal bowfront.
