The front is just basic turf type tall fescue, no special varieties. I have overseeded each year with a sod quality tri mix I get from local landscape shop..different varieties each year. The back is a mix of tall fescue and k31... yes k31. I try to keep it weed free and now it high at 4-4.5". I keep planning to do a full renovation, but it looks good.

Getting ready for the fall prem and tenacity attack. Hate to because the lawn looks good due to the 4 inches of rain we had last week.
