Folks,

Here are the results from Logan.

Not sure what to make out of it, soil is on the acidic side. Magnesium looks to be on the ok side, though Calcium is on the deficient side.

I'm willing to do whatever is required to get a decent lawn that once established will flourish. I have tried to follow directions as much as I could which is why I had a pretty good run from March - late June, early July before things went south really quick.

Ha! I did originally start writing something along the lines of "you expect the old wizard to be able to read that?"

Here are the things I want to do:

Put new seed down - so need a recommendation for what type of starter fertilizer to put down along with the seed
What amendments I will need to look at for the long term that will enable the lawn to flourish

I will put the following mixture of seed down

20% Maxima 1 Creeping Red Fescue
14% Pimlico Perennial Ryegrass
14% Pharaoh Perennial Ryegrass
14% Man O'War Perennial Ryegrass
14% Exacta II Perennial Ryegrass
14% Seabiscuit Perennial Ryegrass
10% Kentucky Bluegrass, 98/85

I can also look into getting a better blend of seed, but not sure if I have the time as we are looking at the beginning of October.

Also thoughts on what kind of a maintenance schedule I can follow would be helpful.
