Big thanks to the forum, especially Andy and Morph.
From soil test to sprout and pout and everything in between like poa strategies and triclopyr 61% rates…. This place has been invaluable.

Week 4 now of first reno attempt. 90/10 tttf/kbg.
Biggest obstacle for me was patience.
Next obstacle may be the shade. But so far so good (award).
